The Midwest Civil-Manhole group just passed the one year incident-free mark on their manhole projects in downtown St. Louis.

Director of Operations Matt Guenzler said, “This accomplishment is due to the performance of the individuals in the field, who are truly a good group of employees. The success has been a result of consistent employee interaction and engagement from all levels.”

“The staff worked together as a team to communicate expectations, complete training, implement best work practices, and hold each other accountable,” continued Guenzler. “We have a core group of General Foreman and Foreman who have driven the INTREN culture in the field, with the approach of doing the small things right. The well-being of themselves and the individuals around them is the priority, allowing production and efficiency to naturally fall into place.”
