As the face of our organization, field positions represent the majority of our customer interaction and are at the frontlines of our organization. In order to be considered for a field position such as a journeyman, lineman, electricians, mechanics, or laborers, applicants must have a high school diploma, appropriate certifications, a labor union membership, and the desire to be outdoors and physically active.
In order to best serve our customers, our employees in the field must be supported by a wide range of diverse and talented individuals in the office. INTREN offers positions in Account Management, Fleet Services, Human Resources, Information Technology, Marketing and much more. Qualifications for this position include: four-year college degree, certifications, prior experience and the passion to make a difference.
