Siemens Energy is responsible for meeting the growing energy demand. They work with 3,700 small and diverse business suppliers and spend nearly $1 billion each year doing business with these companies. Today, they honored INTREN with the coveted Minority Supplier of the Year Award. Winners for this annual award are chosen based on business achievements, quality teamwork, and impact to Siemens. “INTREN has a long history of quality work with Siemens, and they share our same values and commitment to safety and quality,” said Tyler Underwood, Senior Project Manager for INTREN who, with Mearl Kise-Halsall, INTREN Regional Director, accepted the award at today’s virtually awards ceremony. “We’re grateful for this partnership and for this Award.” Presenting the award was Jason Erickson, Siemens Energy, Inc. “It is our honor and pleasure to work with INTREN and commemorate our great work together and partnership.”
